Alyssa Pepsny, Staff Writer

The 2016 swimming season is officially over for Shore Regional high school. The boys’ swim team finished their season on February 4th with a challenging meet against Red Bank Regional.  Overall, the team had a great season, although, they had some hard losses, they have also had some great moments as a team. These great moments include breaking a total of six school records. A special congratulations to Pierre Thomann, who came in 6th in the 100 backstroke and set a new school record at 56.37 and also came in 9th in the 100 butterfly. Also, congratulations, to the boys 200 free relay of Jack Donohoe, Ryan Terrany, Mike Zimmerman and Pierre Thomann who came in 16th place. Also, there were many personal bests, which the team should be very proud of.
