Little Szechuan in Little Silver is Big on Taste and Quality

I recently went to a small, family style, sit down Chinese restaurant in little silver called Little Szechuan. This had not been the first time I had been to this particular restaurant, but I brought my family again to review the quality of the establishment.

To start off, the feng shui of the restaurant is perfect; walking in gives you a calming and relaxed feeling with all the furniture in perfect placement, even the flower pots. The restaurant is immaculate and smells pretty fresh considering there is a cook all day cooking in the back. The service is outstanding.  My family and I have been going to this establishment for over 10 years and we are pleased with the service every time. The owner and waiter always manage to greet us kindly and shake my father’s hand.

Most importantly the quality of the food is out of this world, with tons of loyal customers who come back time and time again. The variety of food ranges from the classic chicken and broccoli to more obscure seafood dishes like spicy scallops, or even the classic appetizers like wonton soup or fried  dumplings. The wonton soup is one of the best soups I’ve ever had in my life. The simple broth paired with the delicate dumplings creates an insanely memorable food experience.

If you don’t want to go to the restaurant in the evening, you can go during lunchtime for great specials. When my friends and I went a few months ago for lunch I couldn’t believe how affordable it actually was. I got a full dish of Singapore rice noodles with a large heap of rice for about eight dollars! If you don’t want to go to the restaurant at all you can order on the phone and pick it up eat and it in the comfort of your own home. In my opinion, Little Schezuan is one of the best Cantonese Chinese restaurants in this area and even the Chinese restaurants in New York City do not compare to how good Little Schezuan actually is.
