USA Network’s latest hit reality show, Chrisley Knows Best, aired their fall premiere for the 3rd season on November 10, 2015. The show follows the 47-year-old “patriarch of perfection,” Todd Chrisley, and his Southern family consisting of his mother, Nanny Faye who is 77, wife Julie Chrisley who is 41, and five children, three of whom are regularly on camera, and one granddaughter. The patriarch, a self-made billionaire originally from Roswell, Georgia has relocated with his family to a gated community in Alpharetta, one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the state of  Georgia.

His five children have provided a great deal of comic relief to Todd’s excessively demanding personality in the last few seasons. Lindsay, 24, and Kyle, 23, the oldest Chrisley kids who no longer live at home, sometimes act as the “normal ones,” if there is any such thing in this family. Chase, 19, and Savannah, 18, enjoy Todd’s reaction to their inevitable teenage mistakes. Grayson is 9 and in Todd’s very own words, “because you’re my favorite,” seems to be an all around angel. The last Chrisley is Chloe, Kyle’s daughter and Todd and Julie’s grandchild. Chloe is 4 and spends lots of time with her wealthy grandparents because they have primary custody of her, due to Kyle’s personal issues in the past.

The show is mainly geared towards a young adult audience because of the valuable life lessons Todd teaches Chase and Savannah, while also doing his best to control the rest of the family. Todd reminds viewers of all ages that determination equals success and the only way you can love life, is if you live it. So even if family reality shows aren’t usually your first pick, the Chrisley’s will prove to be the irresistible exception for you. Viewers will instantly love the family after they discover the amount of love and faith that surrounds the place they call home.
