SRHS launches several new green initiatives

In an attempt to make Shore Regional a more sustainable and environmentally friendly campus, some of our teachers have entered into agreements to promote a number of recycling initiatives.  Science teacher and Sufrider adviser Mrs. McMahon, has entered into an agreement with TerraCycle to recycle the packaging of Entenmann’s Little Bites pouches.  These will be collected in the cafeterias, around the school, and in Mrs. Ensor’s room, A7.  Mrs. Ensor is also holding collections to recycle Bear Naked bags and Colgate oral care products, and is on the waiting list to recycle ClifBar wrapper, Larabar/Cascadian Farms bar wrappers and Wellness dog food bags.  Students and staff are encouraged to drop off any of the aforementioned items to Mrs. Ensor in A7.
